You can access the island from Thailand, which is probably where you will have to fly in from to reach the island. Air travel to and from Koh Samui occurs between Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Singapore. Additionally, you can travel by boat from one of the many surrounding islands and nations in the area. There are a number of ferries that will take travelers from Thailand into koh samui property for a visit.

The country has a private airport. It may be small, but it’s quaint, open style makes it a welcome sight to travelers to the island. This airport receives more than a million visitors a year, making it incredibly busy for its small size.
